HPE compute and storage, supplied and run in the UAE.
ProLiant, Alletra, Aruba and GreenLake — quoted in AED, configured by our engineers, and installed either at your site or into our own UAE data centre space. One partner for the hardware, the facility and the cloud it connects to.

Buying the box is the easy part.
Most hardware resellers in the UAE end their involvement at the delivery note. Ours starts there. We size the configuration against your real workload, stage and burn it in before shipment, rack it — in your building or ours — configure iLO, storage and networking, migrate the workload, and keep the firmware baseline current afterwards.
And because we operate the data centre and the cloud platform as well, we are not incentivised to sell you hardware you do not need. If a workload belongs in the cloud, we will say so.

The HPE portfolio we deliver
Compute, storage, networking and the consumption model that sits underneath them — with the integration work that makes any of it useful.
HPE ProLiant Gen11
Rack and tower servers for virtualisation, databases and general enterprise compute. Configured, burned in and delivered ready to rack, with iLO set up before it reaches you.
HPE Alletra Storage
All-NVMe primary storage with cloud-native data management. Sized against your actual IOPS profile rather than a vendor worksheet, with a guaranteed availability position from HPE.
HPE for AI workloads
GPU-accelerated ProLiant configurations for training and inference on premises, where data classification or latency prevents the workload leaving your own floor.
HPE Aruba Networking
Switching, wireless and access control for campus and branch across the Emirates, including AOS-CX and ClearPass. Deployed and configured by our engineers.
HPE GreenLake consumption
Where a capex purchase is the wrong shape, HPE GreenLake puts owned hardware on a consumption model. We handle the sizing, the commitment and the ongoing capacity management.
Care Pack and lifecycle
Foundation Care or Proactive Care attached at the point of sale, warranty tracked, firmware baselines maintained, and end-of-life planned before it becomes urgent.
What actually ships out

Commonly deployed configurations
HPE hardware is configured to requirement, so list pricing is misleading. We quote in AED against your workload, with Care Pack and installation itemised separately.

Configuration confirmed against your workload, quote issued and PO raised.
Build & burn-in
Hardware assembled to spec, firmware baselined, then run through a burn-in cycle before it ships.
Delivery
Delivered to your site or our data centre, with iLO and management interfaces pre-configured.
Rack & handover
Racked, cabled and powered on by our engineers, with documentation handed over at sign-off.

The difference between us and a box-shifter is what happens after the hardware arrives.
- Sizing against measured workload data, not a vendor sizing tool
- Staging and burn-in before shipment — faults surface in our lab, not your rack
- Installation into your site or directly into our UAE facility
- Firmware baselines maintained and tracked across the estate
- Single support line: you raise it with us, we carry it into HPE
- Hybrid design where owned hardware and our cloud share a private VLAN

Frequently asked questions
Yes — CloudTechtiq is an HPE Partner. We quote against HPE's partner pricing, register opportunities through HPE, and hold the accreditations needed to sell and support the lines listed on this page. We do not claim a tier above the one we hold; ask us and we will tell you exactly what it is.
Yes. Supply-only is available if you have your own engineering team, but the usual engagement is supply, rack, configure, migrate and hand over. If it is going into our own UAE data centre space, installation happens on our floor and you never touch a loading bay.
Owned hardware wins on predictable steady-state workloads, on data you are unwilling to place on shared infrastructure, and where a capex model suits the finance position. Cloud wins on variable demand, on speed of provisioning, and where you would rather not carry the refresh cycle. Most of our UAE customers run both, and we will tell you plainly which side a given workload belongs on.
Standard ProLiant configurations are typically weeks rather than months, but lead times move with global supply and with the specific configuration. We confirm a committed date in writing at order, and we will tell you before you commit if a configuration is going to be slow.
Yes. We attach the appropriate HPE Care Pack at the point of sale and act as your first line. You raise the ticket with us, we triage it, and we carry it into HPE where the fault is a hardware fault. You do not manage two vendors.
