Power that does not blink
Dual A+B feeds from independent UPS strings, N+1 generator backup and on-site fuel. Every circuit is metered so you are billed on measured draw, not a nominal allocation.
Cooling sized for real density
Hot and cold aisle containment with N+1 precision cooling. Standard racks are provisioned to 6 kW with higher density available in dedicated high-power rows.
Carrier-neutral connectivity
Cross-connect to the UAE carriers and transit providers you already use. No forced transit, no markup on a single incumbent, and diverse entry paths into the building.
Physical security in layers
Perimeter, lobby, hall and cabinet — four separate controls. Biometric plus card at the hall, mantrap entry, and CCTV retained to the period stated in our privacy policy.

Operated to ISO 27001:2022 and covered by our SOC 2 Type II report. Evidence packs, floor plans and access logs are available to customers under NDA.

Frequently asked questions
We operate from carrier-neutral data centre space in the Dubai metro, with a secondary site serving Abu Dhabi for replication and disaster recovery. Exact addresses are released to customers under NDA as part of the security review — a standard practice in colocation, since publishing a rack location is itself a security weakness.
Yes. Colocation customers rack their own equipment, and we will receive, inventory and install it. If you would rather not buy hardware at all, our cloud platform runs on the same floor, and we also supply HPE compute and storage if you want owned kit without procuring it yourself.
On metered draw, per rack, in AED. You are not charged for a nominal allocation you never use. Each rack reports A and B feed consumption and the figures appear on your monthly invoice.
That is the most common design we deploy. Licensed or latency-sensitive workloads sit on your own hardware in the cage, burst and non-production capacity runs on our cloud platform, and the two connect over a private VLAN inside the facility with no internet path and no egress charge between them.
Scheduled escorted access 24×7 for named individuals on your authorised list. Additions to that list require written authorisation from your nominated contact. Emergency access is available at any hour with phone verification.
Remote hands. Our engineers are on the floor 24×7×365 and will perform reboots, swaps, re-cabling and diagnostics on your instruction. Every contract includes a monthly allowance before hourly charges begin.
